Full Art Cards

Full Art cards are the same as their normal counterparts, but they look cooler. So far, there are only Full Art variants of the Common rarity cards (ICS, Bob, Run Dude, Cow-Cat, ICS.exe Phase 1), but I'm going to add more eventually.
